The Center contains:
- a shelter (80 animals);
- about 30 mini-shelters.
In the Center:
- charitable veterinary clinic has functioned;
- sterilization of stray animals is made (more than 500 animals were sterilized for 10 years).
The Center:
- held seminars with WSPA (World Society for the Protection of Animals) and RSPCA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals) on a careful altitude to all living beings;
- published the charitable newspaper "Ark" (Kovcheg);
- pursues a policy of the humane manipulation with animals:
- sterilization instead of barbarous destruction of stray animals;
- education of culture of the manipulation with all animals.

"Feniks" is in need of help for:
- restoration charitable veterinary clinic;
- reconstruction of shelter;
- sterilization of animals;
- publication of the charitable newspaper.
